Our Beach Club is open for lunch from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering wood-fired pizzas from our exclusive oven, signature grill items, fresh salads, and a selection of locally inspired dishes perfect for sharing. Our bar also features an extensive international wine and spirits list, highlighting a Caribbean rum journey as well as our signature cocktails that showcase vibrant Saint Lucian flavours! Cigars are also available.

We would also be delighted to arrange a dinner for you on one of our opening evenings—Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. You may choose between our à la carte offering or a bespoke family-style dining experience, thoughtfully designed to encourage a relaxed and convivial evening around the table. The family-style menus allow your group to enjoy a curated journey of vibrant, flavour-driven dishes, carefully selected by our culinary team for a seamless and elevated shared experience.

Each morning, we greet our guests on the range with a breakfast selection that includes fresh local juice shots, pastries, protein balls, and our signature Cabot cookie.

Along the course, we have two comfort stations:

North Comfort Station (between holes 4 and 5)

South Comfort Station (between holes 13 and 14)

Both offer a variety of sweet and savory delights, as well as an extensive beverage selection including signature cocktails, local rums, fine wines, and soft drinks.

At the North Station, the grill is open from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, At the South Station, the grill is available from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Featuring items such as jerk chicken skewers, homemade pulled pork, and classic hot dogs.

On the finishing line at the 18th hole, our signature Cabot Couches venue is ready to welcome you daily, featuring our freshly carved coconuts - perfect for hydration which can be enhanced with local rum or other beverages of your choice.
